Q1 : Is this a secure checkout?

Ans : The checkout process at Hefko Floral Co. online is protected by the industry standard for online shopping, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. When you fill out a form on an SSL-protected web page (you can tell by the address which begins with "https:" instead of "http:"), the page is encrypted so that it is impossible for others to view your information as you type it in. If your browser does not support a SSL connection, don't worry! Your information is still protected when you use the regular ‘Checkout!’ button. Using the regular ‘Checkout!’ button or the ‘Secure Checkout!’ button, your information is automatically sent to us by email when you hit the ‘Submit!’ button at the end of the checkout. Q2 : Where do you deliver?

Ans : Our local delivery area is made up of Marshfield, Wisconsin, and its immediate surrounding area, including the villages of Auburndale, Chili, Hewitt, Spencer and Stratford. We deliver to Pittsville, Blenker, Milladore, and Junction City for funeral services only. All orders placed for delivery outside our local delivery area will be filled by a florist from our trusted network who services that area.
Q3 : How much will delivery cost?

Ans : There will be Delivery/Handling Fee of at least $6.95 added to all orders placed online through this website. Certain rural deliveries may result in additional delivery charges so that we can cover our costs of making the delivery. The delivery fee for Hewitt is $8.95.

The delivery fee for Auburndale, Stratford, Spencer, and Chili is $14.95. You will receive an email with the final updated total billing with the corrected delivery fee.

For deliveries outside the local Marshfield, WI delivery area (for which we send the order through an affiliate filling florist), additional delivery fees may also be required. In other areas, especially large metropolitan areas and in cities on the East or West coasts, the filling florist's delivery costs tend to be higher than in smaller cities or in the Midwest. Again, you will be contacted first and asked to approve any additional delivery fees.
Q4 : When should I expect my order to get to its destination?

Ans : The following represents the normal everyday schedule for our local delivery loads. This schedule is subject to change without notice and does not represent our delivery schedule for holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother's Day, for which we have many more loads running. All times are Central.

Morning Load Runs between 10:30am and Noon
Orders must be received by 10:00am
Early Afternoon Load Runs between 1:00pm and 3:30pm
Orders must be received by Noon
Late Afternoon Load Runs after 3:30pm
Orders must be received by 3:00pm
Saturday Early Load Runs between 10:30am and Noon
Orders must be received by 10:00am

Q5 : Is Same-Day Delivery an option?

Ans : Same-day delivery is possible, but not guaranteed, for orders received before noon in the recipient's time zone. Every effort will be made to ensure same-day delivery, but only delivery the following business day is guaranteed. For same-day delivery on Saturdays, please CALL US with your order before 11:00 am (Central Standard Time). Same-day delivery is unavailable for Valentine's Day except for orders placed by phone.
Q6 : Is Sunday/Holiday Delivery an option?

Ans : Sunday deliveries are available ONLY FOR LOCAL FUNERALS and must be ordered BEFORE NOON (Central Standard Time) the preceding Saturday. Delivery is also NOT available for the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas with an exception for local funerals. Please call our store at least one day in advance with your order to ensure delivery for funerals on any of these holidays
Q7 : Can I request a specific time for my order to arrive?

Ans : Limited timed delivery requests are available except for Valentine’s Day. Requests for timed delivery are not available for same-day delivery except for orders placed by phone. Some timed delivery requests may result in an additional $5.00 Special Delivery Charge. Generally, requests for BEFORE 12 PM or AFTER 12 PM delivery can be accommodated without further charges.
Q8 : Can I ship my order to someone internationally?

Ans : We are unable at this time to process international orders online. Please call us to place your order. Our phone number is 1-800-587-1129. International orders generally require 2-3 days notice for delivery and require a phone number and address for the recipient. There is a $14.95 Delivery/Shipping charge for all international orders.
Q9 : I’m not happy with the flowers I ordered. What do I do?

Ans : We take great pride in being Marshfield's foremost florist! Quality and freshness are of the utmost importance to us. If you are not completely satisfied, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 72 hours of delivery, and we guarantee to send a replacement.
Q10 : How do I order something custom?

Ans : 1. Choose a product from the Florist's Choice drop-down menu on the left that best describes the arrangement that you would like. 2. Choose a price from the drop down menu and click the Buy Now! button. 3. On the next page, review the Subtotal to make sure you selected the appropriate price. Click the ‘Secure Check Out!’ button (or the ‘Check Out!’ button if your browser does not support a Secure Sockets Layer connection; your information is still encrypted when it's sent to us) to continue. 4. Fill in the all of the requested Contact, Billing, and Delivery information. Use the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS field to describe the type of arrangement that you would like. 5. When you're finished, click the Continue button to proceed. 6. Complete the payment information requested on the next page and click the ‘Submit!’ button to complete your order. 7. You will receive a confirmation email that lets you know that we received your order and contains the final billing total, including shipping/handling charges and sales tax. If your custom request cannot be filled at the price that you have chosen, we will contact you via email or phone.

Ans : Call us today or fill out our online Appointment Request Form to book your wedding date with us. Then, we'll need to set up an appointment for your private consultation where we'll discuss your needs, style preferences, and budget. The meeting will take approximately an hour.

Ans : When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
